Chicago Stock Exchange Proposes Rule Change to Establish Trading Halt for S&P 500 Stocks

The Chicago Stock Exchange, Inc. has filed a proposed rule change to establish a trading halt for individual stocks contained in the Standard & Poor's 500 Index, a widely followed benchmark for the US stock market.
