NYSE Amex LLC Filing Notice: Proposed Rule Deletion

NYSE Amex LLC has filed a proposed rule deletion with the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, Inc. (FINRA), which, if approved, will eliminate Rule 413-NYSE Amex Equities and align with FINRA rule changes.
