Special Local Regulations; Recurring Marine Events; Sector St. Petersburg

The US Coast Guard is proposing to revise special local regulations in the Seventh Coast Guard District Captain of the Port (COTP) St. Petersburg to add a new recurring event, expand a regulated area, and update existing event dates.
