2024 Civil Monetary Penalty Inflation Adjustments

The Office of Natural Resources Revenue (ONRR) will adjust civil monetary penalty amounts for inflation under the Federal Oil and Gas Royalty Management Act of 1982, in accordance with the Federal Civil Penalties Inflation Adjustment Act of 1990 and the Federal Civil Penalties Inflation Adjustment Act Improvements Act of 2015.
