Securities and Exchange Commission Proposes Rule to Adjust Inflation Threshold for Qualifying Venture Capital Funds

The Securities and Exchange Commission is proposing a rule to adjust for inflation the dollar threshold used in defining a 'qualifying venture capital fund' under the Investment Company Act of 1940, as required by the Economic Growth, Regulatory Relief, and Consumer Protection Act of 2018.
