International Securities Exchange, LLC Files Proposed Rule Change to Allow Restricted Options Series and Accommodate Closing Transactions

International Securities Exchange, LLC has filed a proposed rule change with the SEC to permit listing options series restricted to closing transactions on another national securities exchange and to allow market makers to open transactions to accommodate closing transactions of other market participants in option series where the underlying security does not meet current requirements for continuance of such approval.
