EPA Closes Reopened Comment Period for Proposed Standards of Performance for New Stationary Sources and Emission Guidelines for Existing Sources: Large Municipal Waste Combustors Voluntary Remand Response and 5-Year Review

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is closing the reopened comment period for the proposed rule, which was originally published on January 23, 2024, and will now close on May 30, 2025, after a total of 6.5 months of comment time.
