Agency Information Collection Activities; Proposed Renewal Collection and Request for Comment; Consolidation of Certain Reporting and Recordkeeping Under Section 8 of the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA)

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is soliciting public comment on the proposed renewal of an existing Information Collection Request (ICR) under the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) and plans to consolidate two ICRs to streamline paperwork burden estimates.
