Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Two Species Not Warranted for Listing as Endangered or Threatened Species

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service announced that the north Oregon coast distinct population segment of the red tree vole and the Plateau spot-tailed earless lizard are not warranted for listing as endangered or threatened species under the Endangered Species Act of 1973.
