Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Threatened Species Status With Section 4(d) Rule for the Silverspot Butterfly

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has determined threatened species status under the Endangered Species Act of 1973 for a subspecies of silverspot butterfly found in Colorado, New Mexico, and Utah, and finalized a rule to conserve the species.
