Notice of Intent To Prepare an Environmental Impact Statement for the Proposed North Plains Connector Project

The Grid Deployment Office, in coordination with Federal agencies, intends to prepare an environmental impact statement to analyze the potential environmental impacts of the North Plains Connector Project, a proposed 525-kV HVDC electrical transmission line connecting the Eastern and Western Interconnections.
