Light-Walled Welded Rectangular Carbon Steel Tubing From Taiwan: Preliminary Affirmative Determination of Circumvention of the Antidumping Duty Order

The U.S. Department of Commerce preliminarily determines that imports of light-walled welded rectangular carbon steel tubing from Taiwan, completed in Vietnam using hot-rolled steel produced in Taiwan, are circumventing the antidumping duty order on LWR tubing from Taiwan.
