Notice of Intent To Conduct Scoping and To Prepare a Draft Environmental Impact Statement for the Proposed Designation of a National Marine Sanctuary for the Pacific Remote Islands

NOAA is initiating the process to consider designating the Pacific Remote Islands as a new national marine sanctuary, preparing a draft environmental impact statement to discuss environmental impacts and inform decision makers and the public.
