Nucor Corporation, Cleveland-Cliffs Inc., and SSAB Enterprises LLC have requested the U.S. Department of Commerce to terminate the 2003 Agreement Suspending the Antidumping Duty Investigation of Certain Cut-to-Length Carbon Steel Plate from the Russian Federation, and Commerce is seeking comments on the matter.
