NMFS Proposes Approval and Implementation of Monkfish Fishery Management Plan Framework Adjustment 13

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) is proposing to approve and implement specifications for the Monkfish Fishery Management Plan Framework Adjustment 13, which would set monkfish specifications for fishing years 2023 through 2025 and establish allowable harvest levels to prevent overfishing.
