The U.S. National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) is proposing regulations to govern the taking of marine mammals incidental to the U.S. Coast Guard's maintenance and repair activities in Alaska over 5 years (2023-2028). NMFS is requesting comments on the proposed regulations.
