Atlantic Highly Migratory Species; Atlantic Bluefin Tuna Fisheries; Angling Category Retention Limit Adjustment

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) has adjusted the Atlantic bluefin tuna daily retention limit for recreational fishing vessels with Highly Migratory Species (HMS) permits, effective immediately in all areas except the Gulf of Mexico.
