NYSE Arca Proposes Rule Change to Allow FLEX Options Trading During Closing Hours

NYSE Arca, Inc. has filed a proposed rule change to allow certain FLEX options to trade under the FLEX trading procedures on a limited basis during closing hours, pending approval. The proposed rule change, which would amend Rule 5.32, is effective immediately.
