Air Plan Approval; New York; Fuel Composition and Use

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is approving revisions to the New York State Implementation Plan (SIP) to control and reduce sulfur and particulate matter emissions from facilities in New York State, aligning with the Clean Air Act (CAA) and National Ambient Air Quality Standards (NAAQS).
