The Bureau of Ocean Energy Management intends to prepare an environmental impact statement for the Atlantic Shores North Project, a proposed offshore wind energy project submitted by Atlantic Shores Offshore Wind, LLC, in the U.S. Outer Continental Shelf offshore New Jersey.
