Notice of Intent To Prepare an Environmental Impact Statement for the Proposed Vineyard Northeast Project on the U.S. Outer Continental Shelf Offshore Massachusetts

The Bureau of Ocean Energy Management announces its intent to prepare an environmental impact statement for Vineyard Northeast's proposed offshore wind energy project in Renewable Energy Lease Area OCS-A 0522, located approximately 29 miles from Nantucket and 39 miles from Martha's Vineyard, offshore of Massachusetts.
