Korea Finance Corporation Seeks Exemption from US Debt Securities Act

The Korean Finance Corporation, a policy finance institution established by the government of the Republic of Korea, has submitted a request to the US authorities for an exemption from the Act governing the offer and sale of its debt securities in the US market.
