Atlantic Coastal Fisheries Cooperative Management Act Provisions; General Provisions for Domestic Fisheries; Application for Exempted Fishing Permit

The Massachusetts Division of Marine Fisheries has submitted an exempted fishing permit renewal application, which warrants further consideration, and federally permitted fishing vessels may be allowed to fish outside regulations in support of proposed exempted fishing activities.
