Coast Guard Alters Operating Regulations of Monroe Street Highway Bridge and Norfolk Southern Railroad Bridge

The US Coast Guard has altered operating regulations of the Monroe Street Highway Bridge and the Norfolk Southern Railroad Bridge over the Portage River at Port Clinton, Ohio.
