Coast Guard Proposes Temporary Safety Zone in Narragansett Bay

The United States Coast Guard is proposing to establish a temporary safety zone in certain waters of the East Passage, Narragansett Bay, Rhode Island, to ensure the safety of life during a sailboat race.
