U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Proposes Incidental Harassment Authorization for Southeast Alaska Stock of Northern Sea Otters

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service proposes to authorize nonlethal, incidental take by harassment of up to 36 Southeast Alaska stock of northern sea otters in Sitka, Alaska, due to construction of a seaplane base between July 1, 2024, and July 1, 2025.
