Letters of Authorization To Take Pacific Walruses, Polar Bears, and Northern Sea Otters in Alaska, in 2023

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service issued letters of authorization for the nonlethal take of polar bears, Pacific walruses, and northern sea otters in Alaska in 2023, allowing oil and gas industry activities and marine construction in the Beaufort Sea and Gulf of Alaska.
