The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) seeks public comment on an exemption application from the Great Lakes Timber Professionals Association (GLTPA) to allow motor carriers to use fewer tiedowns for securing shortwood logs in modified or manufactured vehicles.
