Diffusion-Annealed, Nickel-Plated Flat-Rolled Steel Products From Japan: Preliminary Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review, and Rescission, in Part; 2021-2022

The U.S. Department of Commerce preliminarily determines that sales of subject merchandise were made at less than normal value during the period of review, May 1, 2021, through April 30, 2022. The review is being rescinded for Nikken Las Industry Co., Ltd. and Taiyo Manufacturing Co., Ltd.
