Large Diameter Welded Pipe From the Republic of Turkey: Preliminary Results of Antidumping Duty Administrative Review and Preliminary Determination of No Shipments; 2021-2022

The U.S. Department of Commerce preliminarily determines that large diameter welded pipe from Turkey is not being sold in the United States at less than normal value during the period of review from May 1, 2021, through April 30, 2022. Four companies had no shipments during this period.
