The U.S. Department of Commerce preliminarily finds that large diameter welded pipe from Canada was not sold in the United States at less than normal value during the period of review from May 1, 2021, through April 30, 2022. Evraz Inc. NA, Evraz Inc. NA Canada, and The Canadian National Steel Corporation were among the 40 producers or exporters reviewed.
