NMFS Preliminary Determination on Exempted Fishing Permit Application
The National Marine Fisheries Service has made a preliminary determination that an Exempted Fishing Permit application contains the required information and warrants further consideration, allowing commercial fishing vessels to fish outside regulations in support of research.
