Amendment of Class D and Class E Airspace; Lake Charles, LA

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) proposes to amend the Class D and Class E airspace at Lake Charles, LA, as part of the VOR Minimum Operational Network (MON) Program, to support instrument flight rule (IFR) operations.
