Airworthiness Directives; Airbus Canada Limited Partnership (Type Certificate Previously Held by C Series Aircraft Limited Partnership (CSALP); Bombardier, Inc.) Airplanes

The FAA proposes to supersede Airworthiness Directive 2021-09-03, requiring replacement of the emergency locator transmitter (ELT) antenna and inspections of the exterior fuselage skin due to an in-service failure and a developed terminating action.
