Emergency Exemption: Issuance of Emergency Permit to Import Endangered Species

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has waived the 30-day public notice period and issued a permit for the import of up to 20 endangered piping plover eggs under the Endangered Species Act and Migratory Bird Treaty Act.
