Western Area Power Administration Recommends Membership in Southwest Power Pool Regional Transmission Organization

The Western Area Power Administration recommends the Rocky Mountain Region and the Colorado River Storage Project Management Center pursue final negotiations for transmission owning membership in the Southwest Power Pool Regional Transmission Organization, and the Upper Great Plains Region to expand its participation.
