NMFS Announces 5-Year Reviews for Black Abalone and White Abalone

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) intends to conduct 5-year reviews for black abalone (Haliotis cracherodii) and white abalone (H. sorenseni), both listed as endangered under the Endangered Species Act (ESA), to ensure the accuracy of their listing classifications based on the best available scientific and commercial data.
