NOAA Revises Tribal Consultation Policy and Procedures
The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) has revised its Tribal consultation policy and procedures in response to a 2021 Presidential Memorandum, updating its Consultation Handbook and associated guidance.
