Taking and Importing Marine Mammals; Taking Marine Mammals Incidental to U.S. Navy Marine Structure Maintenance and Pile Replacement in Washington

The U.S. Navy has been issued two Letters of Authorization for the incidental take of marine mammals during maintenance construction activities at facilities in Washington, in accordance with the Marine Mammal Protection Act.
