Certain Pasta from Italy: Preliminary Results and Partial Rescission of Countervailing Duty Administrative Review; 2021

The U.S. Department of Commerce preliminarily determines that countervailable subsidies are being provided to certain producers and exporters of certain pasta from Italy during January 1, 2021, through December 31, 2021. The review is partially rescinded with respect to two companies.
