Endangered and Threatened Wildlife and Plants; Listing the Atlantic Humpback Dolphin as an Endangered Species Under the Endangered Species Act; Correction; Comment Period Reopening

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) is correcting a proposed rule to list the Atlantic humpback dolphin (Sousa teuszii) as an endangered species, removing references to Western Sahara and including Morocco as a range country, and reopening the public comment period.
