Airworthiness Directives; International Aero Engines, LLC

The FAA proposes a new airworthiness directive for International Aero Engines, LLC's PW1122G-JM to PW1133GA-JM engines to address an unsafe condition caused by an in-flight shutdown due to a low-pressure compressor 1st-stage integrally bladed rotor fracture.
