Coast Guard Revises Proposed Regulated Navigation Area for Thea Foss and Wheeler-Osgood Waterways Cleanup Site

The U.S. Coast Guard is expanding the boundaries of a proposed permanent regulated navigation area in Commencement Bay, Tacoma, Washington, to better protect the EPA's ongoing superfund cleanup efforts in the area.
