Airworthiness Directives; MHI RJ Aviation ULC (Type Certificate Previously Held by Bombardier, Inc.) Airplanes

The FAA proposes a new airworthiness directive for certain MHI RJ Aviation ULC Model CL-600-2D15 and CL-600-2D24 airplanes to address an unsafe condition caused by out-of-calibration torque wrenches used in the initial production installation of the air driven generator downlock cam nut.
