Airworthiness Directives; Airbus SAS Airplanes

The FAA proposes a new airworthiness directive for certain Airbus SAS Model A330-243, -302, -343, and -941 airplanes to address an unsafe condition caused by a non-conforming material in the aft bulkhead cover panel.
