Air Plan Approval; California; Antelope Valley Air Quality Management District and Mojave Desert Air Quality Management District

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve revisions to the Antelope Valley Air Quality Management District (AVAQMD) and Mojave Desert Air Quality Management District (MDAQMD) portions of the California State Implementation Plan (SIP) concerning rules submitted to address section 185 of the Clean Air Act (CAA) regarding 1979 1-hour ozone National Ambient Air Quality Standards (NAAQS). The EPA is taking comments on this proposal and plans to follow with a final action.
