Coast Guard Amends Regulations for Marine Events in Sector Houston-Galveston Area

The US Coast Guard is amending its regulations for annual marine events in the Sector Houston-Galveston area, prohibiting unauthorized persons and vessels from specified zones unless authorized by the Captain of the Port Houston-Galveston or a designated representative.
