Employment Authorization for Haitian F-1 Nonimmigrant Students Experiencing Severe Economic Hardship as a Direct Result of the Current Crisis in Haiti

The Department of Homeland Security is suspending certain regulatory requirements for F-1 nonimmigrant students from Haiti experiencing economic hardship due to the crisis in Haiti, allowing them to request employment authorization and work more hours.
