U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Proposes Incidental Harassment Authorization for Northern Sea Otters in Whittier, AK

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service proposes to authorize nonlethal incidental take by harassment of up to 162 Southcentral Alaska stock northern sea otters from July 19, 2024, to July 18, 2025, due to pile driving and marine construction activities in Whittier, Alaska.
