Wyoming Regulatory Program

The Office of Surface Mining Reclamation and Enforcement announced receipt of a proposed regulatory amendment to the Wyoming coal program under the Surface Mining Control and Reclamation Act of 1977. The proposed amendment was approved by the Wyoming Environmental Quality Council on February 19, 2019.
